Tuttle offers a complete line of corporate kits or individual components to assist a client in forming a corporation. We ship your order within one business day and offer optional overnight delivery.

You can choose a kit with plain minutes sheets or time saving pre-printed minutes and by-laws with easy, fill-in-the-blank formats tailored to meet the specific legal requirements of the state of incorporation. All corporate kits are available in Not-For-Profit and Limited Liability Company versions at no extra charge.

Each Corporate Kit includes:

- Record book, gold stamped with

- Stock transfer ledger and twenty
stock certificates.

- Fifty minutes and bylaws sheets,
including celluloid index tabs.

- Subchapters S and IRS 1244
forms.
